Nadir Gazipur (representative of Urmia in Iran parliament) was critisize the Iran Government about the indiferrent attidue on Lake Urmia. Arzerbaijani deputy give a question to Presendt Hassan Rouhania about Urmu Lake. He shared a question in the Gazipur formal web sites and 115 deputy support this question which is “why did not take any action about the revive the lake?”. He also add that “ it has been for years the reviving Project started. However, in this period no action did. In addition to this there are billions of dollar spended in this lake. In 1995 there was 30 billion m3 water in Urmu Lake, however, today it least than 1 billion m3. This is showed that more than 9o percent of Urmu lake get dry and the area of Urmu lake decraese 600.000 hectare to 200.000. If this situation goes on the rest of the lake will dry and this will be the most dangerous environmental disaster in Iran.
