Hundreds of people in Kerez of Elburz Province of Iran have performed demonstrations to protest economic problems in the country.

In the social media images, it was seen that hundreds of people in Kereç protested the price increase and the rise in exchange rates.

Tire-burning activists cautioned against throwing anti-regime slogans. Occasional policemen interfered with the demonstrations, while some activists were taken into custody, the demonstrations continued.

Kereç is located 54 km north of Tehran.
