Araz News: 1319 Urmia University students have signed a petition in support of forming a faction of Turkic regions in Iran parliament on Dec 11, 2016.

In a part of the letter which was sent to some representatives of the Turkish Parliament, written “Due to the alarming situation of economic, environmental and cultural areas of Turkish population shows that the government policies that are done in the past years has not brought the desired results for the Turk region unfortunately.”

The Urmia university students pointed to the signature of 100 Turk MPs for forming a faction of Turkic regions in Iran parliament which will lead to progress of Turkish regions.

At the end, the signatories of the letter expressed the speech of President Rouhani about the interaction of government and parliament and demand from both the executive branch and legislative branches to consider this issue as fast as possible.

It should be noted that the text of the letter sent to Iran’s official news agencies and the news agencies have refused.
