Araz News: On the occasion of the 21 February International Mother language, the Azerbaijan national activists living in the USA will peacefully protest against assimilation policies of the Iranian regime against the Turks who living in Iran geography in front of White House –Washington On Sunday, 21^th of February 2016.

According to Araz News, the protest will begin at 12:00 o’clock EDT America. As usual in recent years, national activists who are Washington residents will announce their protest against assimilation policies of the Iranian regime against the Turks nations and banning mother language of millions of Turks in South Azerbaijan and other parts of Iran.

It should be noted, about 40% of Iran’s population are Turks. However, the Persian language which is the language of minorities ethnic is the official language in Iran.

National activists inside and outside of the country hold different events on the occasion of the 21 February International Mother language every year in hopes for recognition their mother language in Iran.

Over twenty years, South Azerbaijan National activists have appealed discrimination and inhuman policies of the Iranian regime constantly. However, Islamic Republic of Iran has resorted to violence against South Azerbaijan national activist and trying to Cover up the demands of the millions of Turks in South Azerbaijan and other parts of Iran.
