Tahran’s Doğu Newspaper make an interview with Masis Mailyan who represent himself as a foreign affairs minister of Nagorno Karabagh Republic (NKR) and said that Nagorno Karabagh is an independent country and this lands are belong to Armenians. The 3024 issue of the Newspaper publish a interview about the territorial integrity about Azerbaijan in 2 December. Salar Seyfaddin who publish papers that opponent to the Azerbaijani Language and publishing a newspaper called “Şark. South Azerbaijani deputies protest hardly to interview in the “Şark” newspaper  about opposite of Azerbaijan Republic. Nairi Gazipur who is the member of Iran parliament as a Urmia representative  said to “Yol Basın” news agency “Nagorno Karabagh is a Islamic geography and it is belong to Azerbaijan. He also add that “The occupation of Nagorno Karabagh have to solve with negotiated settlement. We are demanding that. If a country build with choicely, then the people who are deportee from Nagorno Karabagh must return their cities and villages and after that the election made.” Gazipur condemn the Şark Newspaper because of the statement that they give about opposition to Azerbaijan and this “against to the profit of the country” he said. Also Beşir Khalig who the member of Iran parliament representative of Halhal city mention the objection about this subject. He said that “First of all, the country have to be exist. We do not identify the existence of Nagorno Karabagh Country. In that case why the official newspaper of the country make an interview with this non exist country?”. Azerbaijan deputy also pointed out that “This kind of negotiations are unlawful to Iran’s foreign policy and international law and it is aim at the discrimination.”. Dr. Afşar Süleymani who is the old Azerbaijan ambassador of Iran object to provocation of Tahran Newspaper. Dr. Afşar Süleymani pointed out that “Nagorno Karabagh which occupied by Armenia is not a state and, not any country recognize Nagorno Karabagh’s independence and autonomy.” He also said that “ Even the Russian who is the most important allied of Armania does not recognize Nagorno Karabagh’s independence”. Former ambassador said that it is impossible to make a economic and political relation with Nagorno Karabagh and Iran and “Şark” newspaper and the people who talk with them are doing an illegal thing and it is against the laws and diplomacy.
