The reaction against Armenian football player separated widely in many different social media. Finally, the Tractor Club has announced that the transfer of the Armenian national team defender “Varazdat Haroyan ” has failed because of security issues and the unity of Turks in Iran.

Mostafa Ajorlu, the Tractor Sazi CEO, said the decision was made because signing Varazdat Haroyan would threaten the unity of the team’s majority Azerbaijani fans, the Tractor Sazi website reported June 7.

“I have come to Tabriz for the unity of my dear Azerbaijani fans. My aim is to unite all the Iranian Turks around Tractor and its championship. Since signing a player of the Armenian national team into Tractor would threaten that unity, we have abandoned the idea,” Ajorlu said.

After cancellation of the contract of Armenian player, the media under control of Iran and Armenia media began several propaganda against Iran Turk and South Azerbaijan people.

It should be mentioned that the Armenian government is not a legitimate government for South Azerbaijan people and they don’t want any Armenian player in their soccer teams.
