After a week of hunger strikes, Abbas Lisani was released from prison
Araz News: One the well-known South Azerbaijan National activist Mr. Abbas Lisani was released from Adel Abad Shiraz prison on 25th of May 2016.
According to Araz News agency, Mr. Abbas Lisani has been completed a one-year sentence, however, he didn’t release and he went on hunger strikes.
Mr. Lisani after a week of hunger strikes was released from Adel Abad Shiraz prison.
It should be noted that other South Azerbaijan National activist who are imprisoned in Iranian prisons such as Mr. Ayet Mehr Ali Beyglu, Hussein Ali Mohammadi, Rasoul Razavi and Morteza Moradpour from Tabriz Prison and Dr. Latif Hasani (from Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj) went on a hunger strike to support Mr. Lisani.
