Iranian Conflict in Pakistan Border Line
Four men were killed and a soldier was wounded in a clash between the forces of the Revolutionary Guards Army and a group of armed forces on the Pakistani Iranian border.
According to a written statement made by the Revolutionary Guards Army’s Jerusalem Headquarters, yesterday there was a clash between security forces and a group of armed men who did not identify themselves at the zero point of the Pakistani border in Serban province of Sistan and Baluchistan province yesterday.
Sistan and the province of Baluchistan have been the scene of conflict between the Iranian security forces and the armed groups in the region in recent months. In the conflict in the city of Mircave on 25th of June, 3 border guards lost their lives and 3 of the attackers were reportedly killed.
The attack on the zero point of the Pakistani border was undertaken by the organization named “Ceyşu’l Adl”. Four security officers lost their lives in three conflicts that took place on different days in the state’s border regions in July.
“Ceyşu’l Adl”, which Iran declared as a “terrorist organization”, armed struggle against the Tehran administration by claiming that “Sunni Beluchese defends the rights of the people”.
