Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association meeting on Silk Road 4.0 project

The New Silk Road 4.0 Business Association Meeting was held with the participation of institutional representatives from Azerbaijan and Italy, hosted by and led by the Yunus Emre Institute (YEE).

Emphasis was put on the purpose of creating a corridor linking Asian continent with the Middle East, Africa and Europe with the Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road programs at the summit meeting on the history of the Silk Road.

Yunus Emre Institute President Prof. Dr. Şeref Ates, underlining that the stage where the progeny comes from is a starting point, “People need to have commercial and cultural exchange for a more prosperous world. We should support it as an institutional structure. ”
Ates also stressed that the new Silk Road Cooperation 4.0 project could be supported by other projects.
YEE Roma Director Sevim Aktaş pointed out that the new Silk Road Cooperation 4.0 project will facilitate trade with 65 countries that make up about 60 percent of the world’s population.
Aktas stated that , “the European continent, starting from Italy, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Central Asian countries and China through different areas in other countries on the new Silk Road may build long-term relationships.”
The new Silk Road Cooperation 4.0 project, which aims to contribute to areas such as public diplomacy, culture and education, envisages co-operation in the field of culture and education with related countries as well as establishing an economic field business alliance. The project is based on the principle of Industry 4.0, based on values such as solidarity among the people, respect for the environment and tolerance for differences by following new world and technological developments.

The meeting was attended by Eurosis Consulting Inc. CEO Guiseppe Reggia, Ugo Spirito and Renzo de Felice Foundation Assoc. Dr. Marco Zaganella and Azerbaijan Foundation for Turkish Culture and Heritage International Relations Rustam Mammadov.
