Tebriz Investigations Institute (TEBAREN) published the book “Problems of South Azerbaijan on South and North” of Dr. Nesib Nesibli, outstanding scientist and politician. In the book consisting of 360 pages, the various historical periods from Azerbaijani Turkish history have been examined from a different point of view, both the positive and negative aspects of their views and activities have been examined in terms of national interests. Azerbaijan and Turkey relations, the Karabakh issue, along with issues such as the Khojaly massacre, the National Movement of South Azerbaijan in the past and Today; Soviet Regime and Turkishness: Re-evaluation of Old Heritage; Pan-Iranian Birth and Turks. Bilal M. Reza Khatami directed translation and broadcasting of the book Turkish, Selçuk Alkın edited it and Ahmet Yazıcı designed the cover.
