Mr. Ibrahim Rashidi , South Azerbaijan Well-known National Movement Activist was Arrested
Araz News: Mr. Ibrahim Rashidi (Savalan) the national movement activist was arrested this afternoon on 30th of March 2016.
According to receiving information from South Azerbaijan News Agency Mr. Ibrahim Rashidi from Meshkin Shahr (Khiav) was arrested by Iran security agents and taken to an unknown location.
According to the report the reason for his arrest is unknown.
The last time, after one year in prison in Tabriz Central Prison was released on Sept 18, 2014.
Mr. Ibrahim Rashidi (Savalan) is an engineer, writer and journalist of Human rights activist and Azerbaijani Turkish language teacher. He was born in Meshkinshahr and has graduated from the national university of Urmia.
Updated: Mr. Ibrahim Rashidi was released after several hours of detention and interrogation.
