Araz News: On Dec 14, 2015, A letter signed by brigadier general Ghulam Asghar Karimian the  Corps Commander of ‘ Ashura Azerbaijan’ and this letter Of The Iranian Revolutionary Guards was released to Government officials . In this letter the brigadier general recommended 7 Strategy to approach against the national movement of Azerbaijan.
Despicable of the national movement of Azerbaijan and using of Tractor football team fans against the national movement of Azerbaijan are among these proposals.
Also in the letter, the necessity of interfering in domestic issues of [Northern] Republic of  Azerbaijan and Turkey (the Talesh and Islamists in Republic of  Azerbaijan, Alawites and Kurds in Turkey) emphasized particularly.
