Siyamek Mirzai who is a house arrest politician asked for permission and he did not get any good answer. According to the report, his permission get rejected by judge who looking for Tahran’s revolutionary court. Mirzai live in house arrest with appalling conditions. The reason why he rejected is he wrote a book about education law in his mother language and the action he did in jail. He is accused by defend the countries national security and open a illegal organization and he punish 10 year in jail and exile to Tebes city. The case reconsider by judge and decrease the punishment to 3 years prison sentence and 1 year exile in Tebes city. Siyamek Mirzai hold in 14 july 2016 in Parsabad which is close to Erdebil in his own grocery store. First, he transfer to revolution guard office and after that Tarhan Evin Prison.
