The Iraqi Independent Election High Commissariat announced the results of the General Elections of the 30th of April. Two persons from the Iraqi Turkmen Front participating in the elections from Kirkuk under the name 280 Kirkuk Turkmen Front List were elected as members of parliament. With 71 thousand 492 votes given to the list the Head of the Iraqi Turkmen Front Erşad Salihi and Deputy Head Hasan Turan were elected as members of parliament.

The Iraqi Turkmen Front candidate in Tuzhurmatu district of Selahattin province Hena Asğar was elected from the  Muttahidun Lil İslah List which was entered as a coalition and became a member of parliament.
