Kazakhstan’s singer Zhanar Dugalova wins Turkvision Song Contest in Kazan.

Final of the 2nd international song contest was attended by 15 participants with the highest number of votes in the semifinals.

Dugalova performed third in the final. Her song Ozіn Korem garnered 225 points.

The show, which was broadcast live was organized by TMB TV, TAT Media and TURKSOY and reached out to an audience of nearly three hundred million people.

The TURKVISION Song Contest was launched by TMB TV which has been carrying out projects to strengthen ties among Turkic peoples through various cultural and artistic projects since its establishment. The TURKVISION Song Contest has become the symbol of peace, brotherhood and friendship among Turkic peoples.

The TURKVISION Song Contest is a unique project which is aimed at preserving and strengthening ties of friendship among Turkic peoples by introducing their common music, culture, language, art and traditions to the world.

Next year the competition will take place in Mary, Turkmenistan.
