September came again and families are preparing their children to sit behind a desk in a classroom enthusiastically.

The beginning of 2017-2018 school year on Sep is the day of happiness and joy for children and students to start school and to meet new friends, however, it is the fact that every Sep is the death continuation of culture and identity of non-Persian nation. It is certainly true that ethnic cleansing accrues in Iran geography.

In civilized and democratic countries is ridiculous and incomprehensible and surprising to use the word ethnic cleansing for the first day of classes because in democratic countries education is free from government control and racism. All people even ethnic minorities begin the school year in their native language. That’s why academic failure statistics in these communities are low.

However, in a country like Iran with different linguistic communities which non-elected government is ruling and the education system has been under the full control of the ruling system. As a result of this one language education policy strictly enforced in the textbooks and also saw racial contempt against non-Persian nations.

Therefore the beginning of the school year on Sep is the day of happiness and joy for children in modern and democratic societies, however, it Is repeated rights abuses and Death Race for the people of South Azerbaijan.

Despite this educational force, South Azerbaijani Turk nation with courage and bravery continue their struggle and national resistance against the policy of ethnic cleansing. The South Azerbaijani Turk nation will continue their Struggle to gain the right to education in native language.

It should be noted that the Iran regime decreases the tension of South Azerbaijani people with holding education of Azerbaijani Turkish language for a semester at the University. According to “ANRO’, this is Cover up and mislead of Turk society. Native language teaching should be done from the first year of schooling.

This is the fact that, 42 turk members of Iran parliament have signed a letter to Mr. Hassan Rouhani about teaching Azerbaijani Turkish language in Schools  on Aug 24, 2016. The Azerbaijan National Resistance Organization has announced their support for this plan and forming  a faction of the Turkish representatives in parliament.

The Azerbaijan National Resistance Organization will continue its struggle about self-determination and education in mother language  and national rights of the Turk nation in Iran geography.

Azerbaijan National resistance organizations cannot congratulate the begin of the new school year to families and South Azerbaijan people. Because, many activists of the National Movement have languished in the prisons of the Iran regime Just to defend the native language and the right to education in native language. Their children will go to school at the beginning of Sep inevitably which their father and brothers are imprisoned because of it.

The Azerbaijan national resistance organization wants from responsible South Azerbaijani Turk nation change schools and universities to protest place for demanding their elementary rights. They can Organize a civil campaign in school and attend parent-teacher associations of schools and free distribution of Turkish educational books in schools, Promote and advertise Azerbaijani Turkish language and literature and the history of Turk nations for students and their children.

National resistance organizations want all municipal committees to publish CDs and Educational Booklets and distributing them to families who attend in this democratic movement.
