Invitation from Police office to the House of Cultural Activist
The Azerbaijani national-cultural activist Muhammad Hadi Abbaszadeh was called to the non-departmental (non-dangerous) part of the city police organization.
On August 1, the call was made to the family of the actor, and according to the appeal, Muhammad Hadi Abbaszadeh had to apply on 2 August to the Police Department. It was said to the activist’s family, “If Mohammed Hadi Abbaszadeh does not go to the appointed time, it will cause him problems.”
The security forces repeatedly insisted Mahammad Hadi Abbaszadeh to call the administration, but he ignored an illegal call and refused to apply. So an invitation was sent to the activist’s house.
Mahammad Hadi Abbaszadeh was arrested in protests in August 2016 and appeared before the court.
According to South Azerbaijani activists, it is necessary to warn the people about the illegal actions of the security forces and to prevent the regime’s oppression.
