Demonstrations are Continuing for the Fifth Day in Ahwaz-Regime Imposed Curfew (Video +18)
Araz News: On Saturday 18 Feb, demonstrations are continuing for the fifth day in a row in Ahwaz despite the oppressive measures taken by the Iranian regime to quell the protest.
The Iran regime imposed curfew for three days in all Ahwaz regions to control the protests from Saturday morning. Iranian security forces threatened the people of Ahwaz.
Ahwazi Arab residents have shown their anger and intolerance of the continued racial persecution and the systematic discrimination practiced against them for decades at the hands of the Iranian clerical regime.
During the protest a young boy with a name of Hassan Albogbeh was shot in the head dead by security forces and many Ahwazis were arrested.
Ahwazis protest at Iran regime’s environmentally disastrous policies, water shortages, power cuts, crippling poverty, and unemployment.
Azerbaijan National Resistance Organization (ANRO) declared its support for Ahwazi Arab people and released a statement to protest the repression of the Al-Ahwaz nation by the Iran regime.
It should be noted that, local and foreign media’s of regime didn’t broadcast the Ahwazi Arab’s protest.
