Iraq-Iran border is shaked by 7.3 magnitude earthquake.Consequences of the earthquake in Iran are awful.At least 328 people died,more than 3950 people injured.Also in Iraq,7 people died.While the aftershocks are continuing,the first help to north Iraq came from Turkey.After the earthquake,in Iran,there is declared mourning for 3 days in the country.
The earthquake shaked almost whole Middle East there are so many breaking news are coming,loss of life exceed 350 people.There happened so many aftershocks,the biggest one was 5.3 magnitude.In local time,the last aftershock happened in 11.29 am.The big earthquake caused big damages in 8 cities and 526 villages in Iran.As soon as the news have been published,Turkey came for help,the first aid teams arrived to Suleymaniye city.Another research and rescue team came from Ankara and arrived in the afternoon.According to records of Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute,the aftershock which happened in 00.33 was 4.8,the one that happened in 01.31 was 4.6, and the other one was 4 magnitude.
The president of Iran Ruhani is visiting the earthquake area.Local news agencies anoounced that Ruhani will visit the state Kirmanşah.
In Iran and Iraq,there are electricity cuts in many city.The people are shocked and they don’t know what to do in the parks and streets in cold weather.The red crescent in Iran expressed that ar least 70.000 people need help.One of the big earthquakes in Iran occured in 2003.In the 6.6 magnitude earthquake,31 people died.
