Araz News: On Wednesday 15 July 2015, Younes Agayan a Political and ideological activist Sentenced to Executions visited with his family after 5 months in the central prison of Zanjan city.

Mr. Ayoub Agayan  the father of  Younes Agayan  said to the Ruz Online agency  about the whereabouts of his son which was remained unknown by Iran Security Force  after being transferred from prison in Urmia city.

Younes Agayan didn’t give any explanation of the transition from prison in Urmia. He told about prohibition  phone calls and appointments.

The father of Younes Agayan  who is Alevis  (meaning those that are attributed to  Imam Ali (said that his son death penalty have been violated and his lawyer is trying to appeal the death sentence.

Younes Agayan a Political and ideological activist has been detained from the second branch of the Revolutionary Court in Mahabad Since Oct 2009.

Younes again  was found guilty of “Insulting Islamic Sanctity”, “Insulting the Supreme leader of Islamic Republic”, “Profane opinions “ and “War through taking up arms against Islamic Republic force”. He was  sentenced to 5 years in prison and Sentenced to Executions by Branch 27 of the Supreme Court of Islamic Republic. However, his lawyer is trying to appeal the death sentence.
