Araz News:On Thursday afternoon, July 14, 2016, Mr. Siamak Mirzayi was arrested by Iran’s Intelligence Ministry, commonly referred to as Etelaat in the town of Pars Abad and taken to an undisclosed location.

Thus far, the whereabouts of the activist Mr. Siamak Mirzayi remains unknown and there is no information about the causes of their arrest has been released.

A security agent without a court warrant was confiscated and taken the personal things, books, and computers of this South Azerbaijan National Activist from his own house.

It is mentioned Siamak Mirzayi has been arrested by the security forces and threatened many times. Also, the South Azerbaijan National Activist published numerous articles about the violation of rights of Azerbaijani people in many media.
